The location was excellent for our purposes. It's a quiet place located 100 yards from the main street. The staff are very courteous and diligent. Standard room.

The restaurant was very good. Breakfast was tasty and I had dinner one night, which was quite good. The wifi worked well.

These rooms are more like an entire tiny home. Complete with kitchen. The 2bed options come with 2 separate bedrooms with closing doors and a shared bathroom. When you close the doors, it's silent. There is outside noise, just due to the location being right off the highway. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There is parking underground, but is separate from the hotel and you have to pay per night. Great shower with hot water and good water pressure. They don't provide conditioner, but do provide everything else. The gym was a great addition and they have a little of everything except for bands. The spa was cold, so we didn't use it and the pool is a nice addition for hot days but is not heated, so stays pretty cold. Breakfast was good and I really liked having the onsite lavandería. It's a little pricey, but they have washers and dryers. They do not provide laundry detergent nor is there a dispenser onsite. There is an Oxxo on the corner that will sell you detergent if needed.
Casa Iris in Chía provides accommodations with barbecue facilities, a garden and a shared lounge. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom.
I only saw the shopping mall nearby and two restaurants.
I only saw the shopping mall nearby and two restaurants. But there is much more in the area. The reason I stayed in Chia is I have a friend in school at Guaymaral Airport close by and I wanted a location that is also convenient to the wonderful Parque Jaime Duque. The park is wonderful and is easily accessible by cab or Uber from this hotel. I could've easily spent two whole days there.

It is a very good place if you have business to attend to or friends to visit in the area.
There is a very nice Shopping Mall close by with good stores, coffee shops, movie theaters and great restaurants.
Try to avoid getting into downtown Chia. The traffic is horrendous.

The pictures of the hotel online did not compare at all to the reality. The heater only works for two hours, no hot water, no WiFi and horrible customer service.
Las fotos del hotel en línea no se comparan con la realidad. La calefacción trabaja solo por dos horas, no hay agua caliente , no hay WiFi y malo el servicio al cliente. No solucionan nada.
